How to keep it cool and calm?
The study comes with practice and, in some cases, with pain.
Not everybody is easy to work with, just because they are in the same team.
For me, archery and kettlebell helped a lot.
I started to practice archery in a club in Debrecen, Hungary, in 2015.
The club was run by the best army people, who were the best in archery in their time, when they served.
The club managed to raise European Youth Champions as well.
When I came to Denmark, I was wondering if I should go to a sewing course in downtown Copenhagen or Archery on the border of Vanløse on the way to Hellerup.
I was a member of the Archery club for a year. One of my teachers, Tomas, looked the same as another Tomas from Poland. The Polish Tomas broke down in front of me. He was the Quality Manager in Lodz at Infosys. That time, I used to make 100 POs per day, and he wanted to check if I made mistakes; he had another person to find mistakes in my work. They just wanted me to work more slowly.
Finally, I always managed to explain to them that they made the mistake in the check, as they did not understand that when the PO was exacuted the rules and the budget allowances were different. It is not enough to read the rules; you need to see time in the timelines as well. After 5 quality checks, he mentally broke down and re-assigned. I felt a bit sorry about his choice, but fine.
The Danish Tomas was a bit stronger, probably because of the Archery. He taught me that it is important to keep it cool and calm after a winning turn.
